My husband and I drove all the way from Pacific Palisades to 562 eBike, and it was absolutely worth it. Denis, the salesperson, was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us. He took the time to let us test several different bikes so we could feel completely comfortable with our decision. We ended up purchasing two e-bikes from him, and the entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. Denis even helped us load the bikes into our van, which we truly appreciated. We highly recommend this place
