The dental work is amazing. What's concerning is the billing. When I went in for an evaluation I was told that they would give me a payment plan. The day of service they told me I had to pay almost $3600 upfront. When I received the explanation of benefits from my insurance, I overpaid. I call the office to inquire about the bill. At 1st the receptionist pretended to not know what I was talking about. Asking me to send a copy of the EOB without it she wouldn't be able to explain what I was billed for.
