Used Cafe 56/ 56 Kitchen for our child's Mitzvah weekend, for 3 different events- Saturday lunch, Saturday dinner, and a Sunday Brunch. Jay was a breeze to work with- and totally understood and delivered on the vision with all three events. His many years of experience means that he's able to tweak your menus so they make sense, and make them the most cost efficient for you. The food was tasty, and beautifully displayed.
