Super nice folks! But yes, it's a wait and the text system could be better, but the folks working here try so hard with what they are given and the amount of people using their services - and they do it every day with kindness & a smile. Keep your chins (and the good work) up!
It states on there welcome to Offutt AFB Pharmacy poster to activate prescription opt #4 in person activation. Does not add it will not be same day pick up and you will wait 2+hours to just activate the prescription then have to wait 3 days to get your prescription. When the doctor wants you to start the prescription the day they sent it out. But unfortunately aren’t able to because you will need to wait 3 BUISNESS DAYS. This isn't a fix! Requested a phone call which I didn't get!!! They activated prescriptions, however I doubt they addressed my issue since my refill for a prescription didn't work.
