I highly recommend Jon. I had a water pump failure that he quickly diagnosed and replaced. Good communication, prompt responses, and provides thorough explanations that showcase his knowledge and experience. His rates are very reasonable. I will be calling on him first for my other RV issues going forward.
Jon is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to RVs and fixing them. He was able to fix mine days before a big trip. I would recommend him!

Called and set up appointment week prior. Easy asked to text info. Week later texted him. Was told he forgot and overlooked appointments. If this is your business you would think professionally you would call client and let them know. Or have a calendar to remind you of said appointments. Then was told he'd refer me to someone else. 3 weeks later still haven't had the referral. That's ok. If I cant trust him I sure as hell wont trust a referral from him. Beyond disappointing.
