I’m so disappointed after several interactions with the office. The office service is too bad. It seems no one is taking care of the official email and call. It’s hard to get anyone answer the call.

If you are considering living here, you should NOT sign a lease. The building is under new management, and their managers will not turn up the heat now that winter has started. DO NOT consider braving a Chicago winter without adequate heating. Yes, the units are decently clean, but the gym sucks, and working with these people is a nightmare. It’s worth the extra $200 for a better place elsewhere. If you have time to call me you also have time to address the expired elevator maintenance.

I was aware of package security issues before I moved in last year, but fortunately I did not lose any deliveries thanks to the Luxer One system. However, after this building was sold to Mac/Fernwood a few months ago, the new management removed Luxer One without providing an adequate replacement. And recently, two of my packages have gone missing. Charged me $2000 extra rent for the last month for no reason. Management said they would resolve this issue but started avoiding my phone calls and ended up sending it to collections instead. This place is an absolute scam. Also, stealing packages in this apartment is a norm, and management does nothing about it. I have had more packages stolen than I was able to receive while living here. If you dont pick up your package within an hour, you can consider it gone.
