I was aware of package security issues before I moved in last year, but fortunately I did not lose any deliveries thanks to the Luxer One system. However, after this building was sold to Mac/Fernwood a few months ago, the new management removed Luxer One without providing an adequate replacement. Charged me $2000 extra rent for the last month for no reason. Management said they would resolve this issue but started avoiding my phone calls and ended up sending it to collections instead. This place is an absolute scam. Also, stealing packages in this apartment is a norm, and management does nothing about it. I have had more packages stolen than I was able to receive while living here. If you dont pick up your package within an hour, you can consider it gone. DO NOT MOVE IN TO THIS BUILDING if you value peace and rest. For the past month, I’ve experienced constant, disruptive noise coming from an upstairs tenant — loud banging, stomping, and yelling at all hours, including during the night. Despite multiple complaints and even police involvement, the management (especially the new management company) has failed to take meaningful action. The onsight staff are great. However public ammenities that need replaced with new products (like our treadmills which have been broken for 7 months and cannot turn on) are ignored. The management company has not responded to any emails on the subject nor addressed the issue despite numerous communications. Whats the point of paying for a "premium" apartments with ammenities if those ammenities are broke (with no recourse) for literally the entire contract term?

Worst apartment ever. Unsafe, dirty, and overpriced. The building is poorly maintained. Management is unresponsive, and any repairs take weeks, if not months, to get addressed. Do not live here.
