This 555-apartment complex is peaceful and located in a great neighborhood. However, a few improvements could enhance the living experience: The dining room ceiling fan and light are oddly controlled by the upstairs tenant, which needs to be addressed. The refrigerator is outdated and makes excessive noise. The bathtub is also quite old and could use an upgrade.
Final Edit: We stopped in to inquire again about this and they finally made it right 6+ months later. While I’m happy the issue is resolved, it was far far more painful than it should have been. Edit: You can see the response below from the complex. I don’t have any email from them, no voice mail, no physical mail, and definitely nothing in my bank account. I’m happy to edit this review once I get some real clarity but a “you were allegedly sent an update somehow on dec 16th” without any explanation isn’t going to cut it. Re... read more
Maintenance jorge Great service on washer.
The application process was very easy and they let you know pretty quickly if you get approved or denied. Jayla is very nice and friendly. Extremely helpful. I really appreciate everything she has done for our family to try to make our move go easier. While moving in. We did experience some appliance issues but luckily the maintenance is on it very quickly. My family seems to be very happy as we are moving in and it seems to be a very quiet community which is nice too.
