This place is decent *most* of the time. However, if you value any level of peace and quiet, do not get a unit near the pool (that includes any unit facing the pool in the 3000 building). I have lived here several years and unfortunately, for the past few years, there has been an increasing trend of late night pool "hangouts" that are NOT on a Friday/Saturday night. I was really impressed with the apartment complex from the amazing tour and customer service by Lawrence to the amenities and perfect floor plans. I am truly hoping to call 550 Northridge my home real soon! Update: Unfortunately after 7 months living in the complex I have to say that there are so many things that need improvements and I am still hoping that administration can address them. Disappointing Experience My wife and I had an appointment to tour an apartment at 5 p.m., but when we arrived, no one was there to receive us. After waiting, we finally met with someone from the leasing office, but the experience only got worse. The staff member was rude, inattentive, and made no effort to help us.
