Our experience with 550 Northridge Apartments has been very disappointing. We moved in on September 4, and the entire process—from filling out the application to dealing with issues after move-in—has been exhausting. One of our ongoing concerns is the lighting. Some of the lights are not working properly and continue to blink/flicker, yet our work orders have not been completed in a timely manner. What a difference the right Community Manager makes - and I’m talking about Kimia and her staff. This is literally a person who is hands on and not stuck behind the desk. What was once a community going in the wrong direction has now noticeably changed course, and there is no question why. I’ve been here for over 6 yrs and don’t see any reasons that would require that to change.
The new management led by Kimia is very promising. You can see the improvements in all aspects. There is a huge potential and they are currently moving in the right direction.
