Beautiful apartments and lovely grounds. Danielle the assistant manager was very helpful and kind.
Beautiful community with spacious apartments and great amenities. Danielle, the assistant manager, was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. It was a pleasure touring with her and seeing this beautiful community.
My experience living here has been okay, but it could definitely be better. My main concern is the lack of urgency from management when it comes to maintenance issues. My refrigerator has been out since I moved in around May, and it is now November. I have submitted multiple requests, and although someone came out to check the problem, I’m still waiting on further action involving the breaker. This issue also causes my oven and stovetop to trip, which makes it difficult for me to grocery shop and cook the way I need to. The ... read more
Been living here for about 6 months and really like it so far. The location’s great, amenities are nice, and the staff’s been responsive. Had a few small issues when I moved in, but they got fixed quickly. The building feels safe and quiet since it’s a secured location, though the gates are sometimes broken, but I’ve seen that happen in most apartment complexes. Overall it’s been a good experience living here.
This place has great potential to be an amazing living community but they allow people to store anything on the balconies. The picture below is an example of one of the apartments that is literally at the front of the building where everybody can see driving by (yes building 300 if they want to go look for it) the apartments are nice the amenities are nice but I wish they would be more strict with their guidelines because this is unacceptable.
