This place is so misleading and ratchet . Don’t let the nice leasing office fool you . You’ll find an assortment of things like condoms , dirty socks , and trash all over the stairways and public walkways . They don’t fill the dog stations; even if they did, I doubt half the people with dogs would pick up after their pets . All the green areas are just covered in feces. I toured 550 Northridge with Kimia, the property manager, and the experience was exceptional. From the moment we met, the conversation and tour felt completely natural, like I’d known her for years. The property itself is in magnificent shape, and it’s clear Kimia has built real relationships with the residents; multiple people stopped to greet her during the tour, even in the cold. That kind of environment says a lot about the community and the leadership. Highly impressed!
