I want to give a big thank you to Marcellino for the amazing work he does here. Every time I’ve needed maintenance help, he has responded quickly, been very professional, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. He’s friendly, respectful, and you can tell he takes pride in his work. It really makes living here a better experience knowing we have someone like Marcellino on the team.

Living at 550 Northridge has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with an apartment community. While the apartment layouts themselves are fine (basic but functional), everything outside of the unit is a constant headache. The management team is unprofessional, unresponsive, and quick to threaten fines instead of addressing real issues. This property has wonderful floor plans, and the gym is incredible; I work out a lot and don’t often see properties with gyms this size, much less with a tire flip. When it comes to the office staff, it’s all smiling faces, and Chevy is always more than accommodating and professional with a friendly attitude!
I’ve been living at 550 Northridge since June 2025 and so far I have no complaints. I love the property and the amenities.
