I have been attempting to call them for the last two weeks and no one returned my calls and I am out of meds… Not cool

They are very negligent ,the reason I say that because I’m a new patient was diagnostic positive on 02/08/2024 until 03/19/2024 . The MD or NP assigned to me when I was there to ask for help and be seen earlier because I not feeling well they refused to see me until my appointment , recommended if feel bad visit urgent care o ER . Again the are less care and feel discriminated as new patient on this clinic.
I have Test results of 5-16-12 recently disabled in December 2023 on portal have the exact same test result number as 9-28-12 same year only 4 months apart and GFR graphs shows abnormal results go far back as 2012 from Wings 550 Clinic/U of L Health (to exclude 550 Clinic as the source) from same Provider and shows how test result numbers were switched, and Providers name when you download results; an attempt to prevent a proper investigation. Accident?
