This garage is cumbersome. They have outdated EFTPOS systems and their magnetic readers could not read the strips on my two cards, Requiring me to reverse out of line, park, and walk around the block and go to the Chase ATM to get cash. Never before have I had any issues with these cards. They do not have modern payment capabilities like Apple Pay or tap to pay.
Really irritating to park here. It’s some weird combo of self park and valet. They made me park in this tiny spot on the fifth floor and refused to park my car for me. When I came back there wasn’t anyone on the fifth floor so I had go back to the first floor on their slow elevator where they tell me to go fourth floor to get my keys so I can go back to fifth floor to pick up my car which was moved from the spot I parked it in 🤪 Why have valets if they won’t park your car but they will move it?
