Rats in the ceilings of all the hallways and in the trash room. Hallways smell due to ceiling tiles absorbing the rat urine and feces. On the first floor and the lobby, rats can be heard scurrying in the dropped ceiling, I'm worried it's going to break and a rat will fall on me. I was walking in from the garage and almost walked into a dead rat hanging from the ceiling. The smell from the hallway gets into my unit as well, triggering my allergies. This has been an issue for over a month.
