There is no AC
Beautiful building, but poorly managed. When Gaia management took over things went down hill. Studio rent price went from 2650 to 3400 over the course of 3 years. Building heat is on even when it’s 70+ degrees out due to not switching ACs on early enough. Package room is always a mess / hard to find things in. Roof furniture isn’t out yet (it’s May 4th). Management takes 3 or 4 emails to respond. Shame.
