At this price point, the sound insulation in these apartments is surprisingly poor. The biggest issue is the apartment front door. Whenever a neighbor lets their front door slam, it reverberates through the walls and rattles my apartment. It has woken me up multiple times at night, and if you work from home, be prepared for frequent disruptions. This building is honestly lipstick on a pig. Worst management ever! They charge extra for amenities ON TOP of yearly fee and we can't even use said amenities! Just now they informed us that the roof will be closed on 4th of July (the day before!!!!!) after letting us make reservation for the grill and the roof IN ADVANCE. people made plans and stayed in town for this so that they can use the rooftop perk that they pay 5-6k a month for. Hallways are always dirty. Doorman stuff is always confused about everything.
As noted in the reviews from residents with actual commentary, this building is fundamentally mismanaged with poor management oversight, lack of responsiveness, and unfulfilled promises. I moved into the building in late Jan 2026 and the unit was frigid, even with the HVAC unit on the highest temperature settings. The building opened a ticket, visited the unit multiple times, each time making promises to remediate, however, to date, no progress has been made, over 4 months into the lease. My boyfriend and I toured and thankfully spoke with a lovely couple who live here. They are trying to figure out how to get out of their lease because apparently this building is just way overpriced for the lifestyle you were getting. Apparently they lose really important mail constantly because, get this, you need to literally ask the doorman to sift through piles and piles and piles of mail and hand you each letter one by one.
