A beautiful building and living experience in Fidi. The lobby and amenities are so beautiful and the staff are amazing. Our 3-bedroom is well-appointed and we've enjoyed living here immensely.

I have loved living in this building so far. The size of my apartment and the amenities are some of the best in the area for FiDi and the staff and team that work here, like Tashi, Jose, Charles, Faust, and Adam all work really hard to make this building feel like a lovely home. Living here for the past year, it’s been really nice getting to know the people who are here every day keeping the building going. The front desk guys — Jose, Charles, Faust, and Tashi — are always there answering questions, helping residents, and doing whatever they can to help. We moved into the building about a year ago, and since I’m downstairs working by the gym nearly every day, I’ve had the chance to see firsthand how hard the staff works to keep the building running. I’ve lived in a few buildings in New York, and every building has its challenges—especially when it’s new. But one thing that has really stood out to me is how hard the front desk staff works and how much effort they put in every day.
