I ordered from the 54th street website for a delivery order. The order was supposed to be delivered through Favor. The driver took a picture of my apartment gate, said there wasn’t a gate code and they couldn’t reach me and marked my order as delivered. I never received a phone call but did receive their text message. They immediately completed the order and I could not call them back. When I went outside to the apartment gate, no order was there.
