Subpar food. Better options nearby.
Service was as horrible as the things they try to pass off as food. My girl ordered the steak and it came out rubbery. I ordered the Chicken Bucatini with shrimp and they forgot the chicken. They took the plate back and about 3 minutes later brought it back with what was clearly a microwaved piece of chicken that was as dry and stiff as a cactus in Arizona.
