Henry was so nice and very quick, it was very obvious that he was very attentive to the details and takes pride in his work! Out of all the salons I’ve tried in Alcoa so far this has been my favorite one I will definitely be going back!!!
i went in to get my nails done. i have never been here before as i normally go to nail lounge (by food city & little ceasers) i asked for a fill in with baby pink gel. i sit down and the guy immediately asks me if i wanted gel. i assumed he meant gel polish so i said yes and he proceeds to do builder gel (which i didn't want and even said before i sat down in the chair i was there for a fill in with acrylic and gel polish, they said okay and showed me where to sit). the service was over no longer than 30 minutes. im not sure... read more
I was disappointed. I walked in today with no appointment and asked to have my nails done by Grace ( as she was recommended by a friend for great work) even though I asked twice to have my nails done by her someone else did them. I showed them a picture of the exact design and colors but they still asked me to pick the colors and they didn't match up to my picture.
