Llevo mas de 3 anos entrenando en 54D y puedo decir con total seguridad que ha sido una experiencia que ha cambiado mi vida. Lo que hace especial a 54D no es solo el entrenamiento, sino también la comunidad. Desde el primer día te sientes rodeado de personas que te motivan, te apoyan y te inspan a ser mejor. This place is the biggest joke. I showed up on time for the 9:45am class on March 20, 2026. They told me the class was cancelled because “kids are out of school.” They then told me they can offer a small training in the back whatever the heck that means that will start at 10:00am. LOL Literally the biggest joke!!!! Very unprofessional. Then they nonchalantly proceeded to tell me that I can come next week. If you value your time, do not go to this location. Heard about 54D back in the pandemic when it was only a social media account and didn’t realized it was now a full fledged gym. It looks super welcoming and professional!
