This place is the biggest joke. I showed up on time for the 9:45am class on March 20, 2026. They told me the class was cancelled because “kids are out of school.” They then told me they can offer a small training in the back whatever the heck that means that will start at 10:00am. LOL Literally the biggest joke!!!! Very unprofessional. Then they nonchalantly proceeded to tell me that I can come next week. If you value your time, do not go to this location. Heard about 54D back in the pandemic when it was only a social media account and didn’t realized it was now a full fledged gym. It looks super welcoming and professional!
If ignoring customers were an Olympic sport, this place would take gold. I requested a refund and followed up several times. The response? Complete silence. No explanation, no resolution, no basic courtesy. Just a very clear message, once they have your money you no longer exist. Customer service here is impressive in the worst possible way emails vanish into a black hole, and accountability is apparently not part of the training program. Awful customer service. They do not respect their own policies. Their online videos are from trainers that do not even work there anymore. Stay away if you can.
