I have bought a new house at this community exactly one year ago. My experience as a first time homebuyer was great at 540 west community. Centex had been very responsive with the warranty related items. Every time I have reached out for repair/ adjustments they have acted fast and sent some to fix the problem. Highly recommend this community to friends and family and anyone who is in need of buying a new house. Thanks Centex.
We move to our home about two years ago and we haven't seen any issue with the house or the materials used. We have big back yard and the community is lit. Thank you Centex
