David, not only are you (the owner) not correct in your response to my wife’s review. You were rude to her on the phone and then continued to argue with me about the facts of the situation after. ( photo is evidence) you sent an invoice and then continued to press for additional payment although a check had already been mailed. Today’s date is September 28th (invoice due date oct 19). Please be better. You have lost both mine and the rest of my family's business. Best of luck to you in how you treat your customers!
We have used 540 Pest twice for rental properties. My experience with the person that came out to do the treatments, Joshua, was great both times. He was very professional and knowledgeable, explaining to me what he would be doing each time with detailed notes in our invoice. If I were basing my review on him, they would have received 5 stars. Very nice and professional. I’m ignorant to pesticides and was worried for my family and pets health as I’ve never hired pest control before but he answered all my questions with honesty and compassion. Provided information on what was used and reasonably priced especially considering no contract needed. Highly recommend!
On time, did a thorough job at locating ants and their nests and treating. Very friendly gentleman named Josh. Prices are great and NO annoying contract to sign. Highly recommend.
