I’ve been a resident at 54 Station Apartments since October 2021. The location is fantastic, the office staff is excellent, the property is always clean, and overall the convenience can’t be beat.
If you would like to live in an apartment complex that cares about you and your well-being, I suggest not moving here. I have been without air-conditioning for seven days in a record heat wave. They are not providing me a timeline for repair outside of the fact that the part has been ordered and they don’t know when they are going to get it. It can be three weeks from now. I moved in the end of May. The application and move in process was rough and there was a lot of miscommunication on the offices behalf. We were told it was due to them being understaffed and the person who moved us in, Nicole, had only been employed for about 2 weeks and we were her first move in. Property is beautiful however they don’t handle business or honor their words. Other complexes have the same/better deals including waived application and admin fees. Rent at your own risk!
I have emailed, messaged though their website, and called and left a message over six times in the last month and have yet to get a response. I wanted to start a lease here, but if this extreme lack of communication is what I can expect then I am very hesitant to sign anything here
I moved in the end of May. The application and move in process was rough, mostly due to us moving from out of state. However, the people in the leasing office, Esis and Nicole, got us in and the supervisor made sure any problems were resolved. We absolutely LOVE our new apartment and the neighborhood. Maintenance is fast and friendly. The gym is 24hours and they have a walking trail throughout the buildings. Very satisfied in all areas.
