Kris did an amazing job with giving a tour. he made sure we knew our way around and makes sure everything is broken down for us to understand and has a great vibe!

I've had a really positive experience at 5300 Centre Apartments so far. Kelly and the rest of the staff have been professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout my move-in process. The communication has been clear, and that made a stressful transition feel much smoother. I love my apartment it's beautiful, well-maintained, and feels like home. The grounds are always kept nice and clean. I appreciate the level of service and care I've experienced so far!
I would seriously consider not moving in here strictly because of Kelly. Otherwise not too bad.
