I've lived here for 2 and a half years before I moved out, but I strongly recommend 5300 The maintenance staff is incredible - They are competent, quick to answer service tickets, and always say Hi with a smile when you see them out and about the property. The leasing office is fantastic, answering questions, planning fun social activities for the residents, and treating everyone with respect. Kelly D was an amazing help, she helped us with everything and provided us with a lot of information and was very kind and helpful through the whole process she got everything done quickly for us, and made sure we were fully taken care of! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who comes across!
The facility & the staff has been so wonderful! The common areas & pool area are next level, the staff is insanely helpful, and the residents are so inviting! Highly recommend!!
I’m going to start with the most important thing, for me, and that is the Office/Maintenance staff at 5300 Centre! From the very first moment that these amazing group of people took over, they made me feel right at home!!! This is a great apartment complex with amazing amenities! The pool and gym are the ones I use the most and they’re always kept clean and organized. I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with Julyenne on many occasions and she always goes the extra step to make sure I’m taking care of which I appreciate!
