Not very safe/secure. Very convenient & affordable, but a terrifying number of vandalisms in this deck. I wish I had different parking options as a Link resident.
Vehicle was burglarized and vandalized at this deck right under three cameras. The company that runs the deck has been totally unresponsive. To top it off, none of the call buttons on the exit gates worked to report a lost ticket, and when called by phone, the attendant was unable to operate any of the three gates remotely.
Super easy parking deck to get in and out of. First hour of parking is FREE. 5 min walk to Bailey Park.
Solid parking option if you are in the Innovation Quarter and need access to or work at Wake Forest Baptist, Inmar or another business in the quarter. They have good lighting, ♿ handicap accessible parking, ramps, and elevators along with decent prices. Great location 👍.
