So the owner Has Groupon’s available online and that’s how I found the place. I am a first time customer And he was arguing with me over text messages about not accepting the Groupon. We then cleared that up but I have no clue why you put something on Groupon to attract customers then be upset when they use it. I already had an appointment for 2 PM Then he asked me to come at 3 PM. Which was irritating, but it worked out. I get there A little bit early. Then he goes oh, we don’t have enough time. After reading quite a number of reviews left by people, I will now leave my review. 11/5/25 9:30 AM After getting off the ferry and walking up State Street looking for a new place to get a haircut I see a sign in front of 53 State Street saying walk-ins welcome State Street barbershop. He took me right away. Hicham was very nice. I found the shop to be clean and organized. I liked the way he had his scissors and other tools of the trade laid out. Hassle-free service. Barber is very accommodating and accepts walk-ins. Good conversation.
