I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this barbershop was incredibly disappointing. I came in with a Groupon and was told the barber was booked for the rest of the day — even though the shop was empty. He assured me I could walk in the next day between 3:30–4:00 PM. I even offered to make an appointment and called ahead to confirm I was on my way. When I arrived early the next day, the shop was completely closed. Barber, Hicham, was friendly and really listened to what I wanted. The haircut was clean and professional, and the shop had a welcoming atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend if you’re looking for a reliable and skilled barber.
