I believe in their business model and see that they are disciplined to hold onto those priorities and wait until they have found investment opportunities that fit all the criteria.i also find it easy to keep track of how my investment is doing ; they replaced a reporting partner that was not meeting their transparency expectations and I appreciate that.
I've worked with Jack & Nate for years. The people at 52Ten have always had my utmost respect due to their honesty, values/morals, and their ethical approach to ownership in the affordable housing sector. I have previously invested alongside them, will continue to do so, and trust them wholeheartedly with my money.
Ive only worked with 52ten for one project and by far they have the worst director of property operator. Maria should not have the position she's in. If you're a vendor I'd stay far away from working with this company because of her. In my opinion she's pretty clueless. Maria has withheld payment for minor defects even after I've attempted to correct things.
