I booked an appointment a month in advance specifically to get highlights done by someone I assumed was an experienced colorist. My hair is naturally black, so I expected a professional would understand how to lift the color correctly. Instead, I walked out with red streaks that looked nothing like the highlights I wanted. I was excited to take my daughter and myself later on to this salon based on the reviews. I called and scheduled an appointment for 2pm. On my way over there I got a flat tire and called to cancel. It was a late notice for sure (called to cancel at 1:56) so I understand the inconvenience but I called to be as considerate as I could based on the circumstances. I had an appointment for a deep condition and haircut with Zoe today. She did an excellent job of keeping my length but also cutting off dry/damaged ends. She listened to what I wanted and looked through my inspiration pics with me and talked through what I liked about each of them. She was also honest in what she thought my hair would and wouldn’t do. She also gave great suggestions for products to help repair and hydrate my hair. Love my new haircut (feeling beautiful over here) and would definitely recommend Zoe.

Zoe did all amazing job! I have long hair and just wanted a trim with some subtle layers. She did exactly that and styled perfectly with a blowout.
