i went to this salon a couple weeks ago with an appointment to get my acrylic nails removed and get a regular pedicure and manicure. the manicure and pedicure were both rushed and could have used another coat as the polish was still transparent. my finger nails kept breaking off i removed the polish at home to see that the acrylic was not removed all the way. my nails were all breaking off against where the acrylic was left un removed. my nails were healthy before this and i am very disappointed that they did not complete a ... read more

I’ve been going to 5280 for a few months now, and I’ve always had a great experience. Ivonne does a WONDERFUL job. She has a great eye for detail and quality and provides a great experience. Ivonne recommended I try “Cat Eye” for my gel mani, and my nails turned out gorgeous! They shimmer and color shift in the light. I’ve gotten so many compliments. Have always had great experiences with Han as well. Would recommend to anyone looking for a mani!

Amy is such a great lady to do your nails . I went to her for my engagement nails and she did such a good job of listening to what I wanted, exact oval shape and short length even though it’s not the usual preference for customers. Amy is a genuine person to enjoy conversation or silence with, very chill but friendly which is nice to experience. I got dip& tips. I came back to her recently to get red “glass nails” and also love the results ! Amy also loves doing nail art/designs but I haven’t given her the chance to do that ... read more

I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this salon. I came in on Saturday for a manicure and pedicure — a gift from my spouse to celebrate a new job — and was hoping for a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, it was anything but relaxing. When I first sat down, I immediately felt unwelcome; despite the salon being nearly empty, my pedicure technician looked irritated by my presence. Today is the second time I tried to go into this place to get a pedicure. Both times the lady has told me I need an appointment that they "don't have time for walk ins" I said oh so you need an appointment to be seen here. She said "yes!" It should not be listed as accepting walk-ins if they don't! What a waste of time.
