Incompetent in my opinion. Make sure you budget for a lawyer when you come up with your funding for your landscape project. They did inferior work that is threatening the foundation of our house as well as work that violates building code. They have refused to fix these issues even though they are under warranty. We have sent 2 letters from a lawyer and they have not responded. Based on estimates, it will be$5-figures to fix their mess. Next step is going to court.
