I rarely write reviews, but after receiving exceptional service, I couldn't keep silent about my experience. I was very concerned the blind I had installed by Dan the year prior was defective. I called Tanya and she immediately contacted the manufacturer for a replacement. As it turned out, the blind was not defective. Though I felt terrible for wasting Dan's time, he couldn't have been more helpful and understanding. Thank you!
