I've been going to 5250 as my go to shop now for my 2015 WRX and had nothing but fantastic service from routine maintenance, to performance upgrades and advice. Overall, great communication by the team and their work is top notch.
First off, it's unprofessional that you guys have never returned ANY of my calls other than scheduling. You guys have the nerve to tell me that I'm unprofessional, says the guys who never pick up the phone when customers have other questions about something with their vehicles. I found another shop that was communicative, professional, and straightforward. If you guys want more customer satisfaction, I suggest you guys communicate better and not be rude over the phone. I had a wonderful experience yesterday at 5280! Mike was super informative and helpful, and he was sure to let me know about all the issues he ran into! They fixed the clutch assembly on my 09 wrx and I couldn’t be happier with the work! It drives so much smoother now!
I have always had nothing but the best experiences with Mike and his crew. Mike has been my go-to mechanic for any task big or small, he is extremely knowledgeable on all platforms.
