The machines are always broken and take forever to process payment. Whole Foods customers are always lining up for their turn to pay. The lineup always spills into the parking lot traffic which is a SAFETY ISSUE. There are parents with children lining up at the machines to pay for parking, while cars drive by. Not sure why they haven't replaced them with new machines already. I have parked at so many impark lots, and the machines at this one are among the WORST. Paid for parking and still received a ticket!

The machine always broken. I paid the parking but still got a ticket. The complain process is too long. Really waste time.

Accidentally entered wrong plate number. Called Impark to correct. They told me to pay again and that they would reimburse the original ticket but they never did even after I followed all instructions online.

Got a ticket for exceeding 2 hour limit at an ev charging stall while the signs by the stalls allow max 4 hour parking. Called Impark to dispute, and they say they can only rely on the parking patroller’s words and couldn’t help cancelling the ill-issued notice. I was also told by Impark rep that Impark does not keep ticket purchase records at the lot, so the users are responsible for keeping their physical tickets or purchase histories.
