Very good care and always a thorough cleaning.
I had a very poor experience at 525 Dental with Dr. Mark Smith. During a molar cavity filling, he was extremely rough and not gentle at all. I raised my hand because I was in pain, but felt ignored. The whole experience left me uncomfortable and in more pain than I had before the procedure. What made it worse is that this tooth was not hurting before the filling, but afterward I had ongoing pain and sensitivity. Dr. Randhawa is probably the best dentist I've had in my 34 years on this earth. She explains everything in a way I can understand and is very professional with a great bedside manner and a sense of humour. 10 out of 10 every time!
