The experience of staying in this apartment was very poor. I don't know how the old office was managed, but my experience in this apartment in the past year was very bad. If you choose to live in this apartment, you may experience the loss of mailed packages. When you want to find the lost packages, the apartment will only say that you need to go to the mailing company or the police to help you find them. Royse + Brinkmeyer has been great! I highly recommend them.
We had a great experience working with the team at Royse and Brinkmeyer (520 Neil). From the leasing process, to the move out, they provided excellent customer service. The communication was spot on and made the whole experience a breath of fresh air. Kaitie went above and beyond to make sure the entire process ran smoothly. We are looking forward to working with Royse and Brinkmeyer again in the future.
