Lady at the front desk Elanor cut my hair and asked me to venmo her. When i got home my family told me my haircut was very uneven. Not only that. I had 36 inches of hair now half of my hair is chopped off. The haircut was less than 5 minutes. Wow. I went here because of good reviews and my stylist is out of the country just to end up coming out looking like a disaster. My hair means the world to me and now im really depressed. My hair before and after my cut.

Horrible staff, horrible experience. I'm an older guy when I and sat down for about 15 minutes at several staff members walked by me. Finally had to flag one down, only to be told that the only staff members that do men's cuts were not available on that day literally had to almost yell. 'Hello', to get a staff member to check on me, again, this is after setting in the foyer for a 15 minutes. I had at least 3 stylists processed their customers.Payments and walk by me purposely avoiding eye contact or saying may I help you....... read more

Love Love Love! Emily at 52 West is an amazing stylist! She has seen me a couple of times now and always does amazing and even better than I pictured! I can not give her enough praise! I decided it was time to chop some of my hair off and she made the image in my head come to life! Highly recommended!

I’ve been going to 52 West since June of 2024 and I love it! I’ve been booking with Christina and she does an AMAZING job on my hair each time! I absolutely loved my final results since this time I decided to go full blonde and my expectations were beyond exceeded! Amazing work! And a great atmosphere 😊
