1 star for me. I understand things come up but everytime I get an appointment they cancel on me ethier the day before or day of and at this point I really do think it has to do with my race. They have canceled my appointment 3 times now for one reason or another and it sucks because I can’t keep calling off of work to not even get a service done. I rarely write reviews, but after my experience, I felt it was important to share. I had my hair cut by the front desk lady (on 8/23/2025, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever received. I had asked for something very simple, layers and curtain bangs. Instead, my bangs were cut unevenly, and the “layers” left my hair looking like a jellyfish: heavy and blunt on top, thin and stringy on the bottom. I went to this salon for a wash and cut after hearing some positive reviews. I was very hopeful that this salon would be a good fit for my needs. They did not great me and I waited for a while on their bench in the boutique area. Finally when I was seen by a stylist, they were not welcoming or friendly… in fact, they seemed very cold and uninterested in helping me.
