I have been so happy with my experience at 52Fit. Melissa is an excellent coach/trainer. She knows what you need to do to reach your goals and she can help you get there. Melissa is knowledgable, motivating, and really goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. As someone who had not worked out in quite some time, I was more then a little nervous to join a new gym. I am so happy to have found the 52Fit community. Everyone is supportive and welcoming. I would would highly recommend Melissa and 52Fit to anyone!

I wanted to share my incredibly positive experience at 52 Fit. I started attending in 2020, and Coach Melissa has been instrumental in transforming my body and health. Melissa creates a truly welcoming and comfortable environment; it's a genuine judgment-free zone. The classes are reasonably priced, the gym is super clean, and the equipment is state-of-the-art.
