Bought an escape from them ac did not work. They ran me around having to go to their preferred mechanic it took over a month for them to get around to fixing it. It kind of work for about a week and its dead again probably because they replaced it with a scrap yard part. The sales man is great the manager needs to be replaced. The best place in the area to get a used car. Everything is clean, the people are friendly and welcoming. The staff go above and beyond. I highly recommend 519 cars to anyone looking for a car.
Bought my first car here, the process was straight forward and didn’t have any obvious sales gimmicks which I appreciated. The dealership was also willing to work with me to replace brakes and tires. All in all a positive and fair experience. Shoutout to Dillan who was always available for any questions or concerns!
