They are very polite and will work with you. Cash talks but we had an issue with the title being signed wrong and it created a lot of problems. He helped us try and handle the situation but the title being signed wrong is something that should have been prevented if they were paying attention. Overall though I would still purchase another vehicle from here because they have a good car selection, just don't need anymore problems with the title. Still good customer service though.
