The only way to contact them for services is by completing an on-line form and waiting for a response. Forget trying to call them; especially if the issue is urgent. When someone finally responded to my on-line request, it was over 24 hours later, saying that an appointment was confirmed - however with a date and time 3 weeks in the future that I couldn't possibly make. By that time, I had already gotten in touch with another provider.
Mike is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He arrived on time and completed the necessary service work our motor home needed. His rates are fair and I would highly recommend him. We will not look anywhere else in the future for any repairs we may need. I never write reviews but had to say how impressed we are with Mike. Don't hesitate to call him, you will be happy that you did. Thank you Mike.
Mike and John replaced a bad coil unit on our 5th wheel trailer. There was no one in our area that perform that type of service. They were punctual, friendly and neat. They performed the repair and have our fridge back running. Great job! Great service! We highly recommend 518 Mobile RV Repair.

Two employees from 518 came and changed our cracked skylight. Then they spent a whole day, in the heat, scraping old silicon off all the seams then applying a clear flexible sealer. It all looks great! We are very happy with it and would call them with any future things that need fixing.
