518 Destruction/Restoration did an excellent job cleaning up the mortar dust from our 180 yr old chimney coming down as well as all the rain water damage while we were replacing our 80 yr old metal roof.. the tarp did not hold. Our carpet was soaked as well as upholstered furniture along with our bead board second floor ceilings. 518 came in with industrial size fans and dehumidifiers then totally cleaned the entire house. Thank you!!!!

We called 518 Disaster Restoration in early December this year after we had a septic system failure. It was a disgusting mess in our basement. It was a Saturday morning and I didn’t expect someone to call me back as quickly as they did! They also showed up at our remote home with in a 1/2 hour with 2 trucks, a team with cleaning supplies, hepa filter fans and had our basement spotless with in a few hours. I would highly recommend Ralph’s team. We had an entire basement flooded, due to a hot water tank malfunction. 518 Disaster Restoration was very quick to respond, clear the water and dry all wet belongings. We salvaged furniture, rugs, and more. This couldn’t have happened without 518 Disaster’s speedy response. While I hope to never need them again, if I do, I wouldn’t hesitate to call them!

These guys are incredible. They came to us to help with water damage in our basement during the Christmas holiday and made the process simple and easy. There were efficient, respectful, and totally professional. I can honestly recommend them to anyone if you are in a similar situation
