Son un mal negocio mi primo se acabó de comprar un carro hace dos semanas ahí y le faltaban piezas luego regresó a recuperar su dinero de pago inicial y tampoco se lo devolvieron la verdad es bastante mala la experiencia de la familia
Horrible services !!!!!! Make you signed a down payment agreement non-refundable which its scam! All cars got millons of problems and they wont fix them, expect for you to leave with the car half broken and won’t give you the $$$ back at all because of the agreement they make you signed when you first get there. No vallan a este Dealer DONT GO TO THIS DEALER!!!!!! They will scam you make you signed a paper non refoundable after you give them the $$$. Car got millions of problems and they dont fix them before anything! Clients go there to leave with a car not get in a back and forth with those people and scam!!
Horrible servicio en este dealer el personal falta de respeto no tienen ética y no saben como tratar al cliente! Te hacen firmar un papel cuando das el downpayment para la compra firmando no reembolsable y los carros tienen problemas cual no puedes llevarte el carro así pero por eso te hacen firmar para quedarse con los downpayments la manager Jackie muy falta de respeto y no sabe lidiar con este tipo de problema ya que no es culpa del cliente que venda un carro roto y no quieran resolverlo, una ves que se firma ese papel. Muy satisfecho con la compra de mi camioneta. Jackeline muy profesional y muy buena asesora. El precio y las características del vehículo conincidian con los de la publicación. La recomiendo a quien esté planeando comprar un buen auto.
