I made an appointment 2 weeks out to have my tires swapped. I received confirmation of my appointment. When I showed up, no one was there. The gas attendant told me that the mechanic isn’t in today. What?? Completely unprofessional and a total waste of time. Beware of making an appointment here, you might show up and literally be the only one at the shop.

I've been to many different auto care places that insist on nickel and diming you to death or don't clearly tell you what is actually needed or what was done to your car. Here, everything was great. Harry was quick, made things very easy, very clearly explained what caused the issue I was running into (brakes were old/rusty and he cleaned them), and took care of what was needed without doing anything that wasn't necessary. I would go back here in a heartbeat, highly recommend!
