Absolutely horrible experience. Do not use this mechanic under any circumstances. We originally called for a tow truck only. They never showed up. When we followed up, they told us the tow truck was “busy” but offered to come look at the car instead. After inspecting it, they said they could repair it and took possession of our vehicle. They kept our car for over two weeks, repeatedly telling us they were “waiting on a part,” that it would be “done tomorrow,” or that it just needed “a few more days.” After weeks of excuses... read more
