It is excellent, helpful staff, dentists, receptionists. They always will try and sort you out if you are a current patient in an emergency or if you have an important problem. I have been going there since Norman Brindle, then Mark Wall work and Marc Schupak bought it out and then the My Dentist Group. I have been going there about 42 years + and I always feel happy. waited a month for an appointment arrived slightly late BUT rung to explain traffic was horrendous got told it was ok to still attend ... made my way there and got told on arrival no he won’t see you .. stroppy attitude staff and bad communications they could have rung to say he wouldn’t see me ... disgraceful place so glad i didn’t end up being seen ... going elsewhere now to a better place with more compassionate staff ..
