I come to this 5.11 store from time to time. More than once I’ve spent $200–$250 here, and every time it’s the same — no “thank you,” no “goodbye.” The attitude toward customers feels completely careless, especially at the register. Good thing at least they greet you when you walk in. Honestly, it’s unpleasant to shop when you’re treated this way. If it weren’t for the quality of the clothing, I wouldn’t come here at all.

Love this brand. Need to start doing more gym specific and even yoga for women and men. It will work. It will work, especially in Florida.
