Excellent service
I had the best experience at 5.11 Tactical in Rockville, MD. I came in to purchase a weighted vest with plates and wanted to try them on to make sure I got the most comfortable set up. Mike helped me, and he was fantastic. He went above and beyond to ensure I had the right vest and that it was fitted correctly. He sized it for me, helped me put in the plates, and helped me attach an extra pouch. He also helped me pick out the right pouch for my needs. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient.
