Honestly, this place doesn’t even deserve one star. Very disappointed. After speaking to someone and getting everything I would need for the application, They denied my application because I Couldn’t provide paystub’s for all of my Nanny families that some of them don’t provide paystub’s, where they would have to go based off of my bank statements to get my full income. Nice place
I moved here 10 years ago, there has been three different owners. If you own your place the lot rent is getting a little pricey. I am not positive what it is to just rent here I think it might be 900 a month but I'm not positive. I love the neighbors the neighborhood is peaceful.
We have been here for 25 years. We love it here. The people are fantastic and it's very well kept
