Updated review to add context - Avoid at all costs. The building is filled with mold (which they refuse to do anything about. I spoke to another tenant who used to live in my unit and was advised the mold was an issue when he lived there 10+ yrs ago). Many other tenants have confirmed to me that their windows leak and they have mold in their units. Windows do not seal, they build up with condensation during the winter and leak like crazy, making the mold worse. They refuse to do anything about the windows as they were replac... read more
