Great Customer Service. They didn’t have my storage unit reserved available but Lucas came up with a solution and was very kind
Good price and the units have a gate so only tenants can enter the premises
I called this place after 7:30pm on Monday and they were very responsive. I spoke with Lucas & Alex and they were able to get me a spot immediately same night. When I got there, both of them were extremely responsive. I had to call multiple times for instructions and they answered each time and they made sure that I was a satisfied customer all the way to the end.
I signed up with this storage company and paid a deposit. I was never told the deposit was non-refundable, and I never signed any contract. When I asked to move my move-in date, they charged me a second time about a month later — again, without telling me this would happen or having any signed agreement authorizing it.
