Can't say enough good things. Moved my gate fabricating business groom town n country due to fact that I couldn't find a workshop or anything that had power for less than 1500 monthly. Now I don't even cross the bridge, business is great just in pinellas and I love living over here too. Great storage, very comfy, and kind neighbors. The staff is very easy to work with. I went through faith on Facebook marketplace to rent mine and it's been great ever since. Prefect for my business needs
Wow, 1st off nobody answer's the phone and messages are full. When they did answer another day he said," decent people wouldn't question the $50 deposit & if you do your probably not a decent person". I simply said," I've never heard of a deposit ". He says decent people don't have a problem paying. So your not decent if you ? a fee. Not a good look . I'll go to a place that values me as a customer not a dollar sign. Shame on you for saying such disrespectful things.
