Got our new mini split installed today! Gosh what an instant relief. My husband and I were super satisfied and grateful for Javier and his team for coming out on a hot day and did a beautiful work on presentation of the unit and installation, couldn’t be more satisfied. Super nice, super friendly, and fast response. Thank you guys again, definitely will be recommending 🤍

Highly recommend! They came out quickly to fix a leak in my system and did a great job. What really stood out was the technician’s professionalism and willingness to educate me on how my system works and how to maintain it properly. I appreciated the honest advice and clear explanations—definitely felt like they went above and beyond just the repair. Will absolutely call them again in the future!
Please note that 509 Ductless did not pay me for this review, nor did they ask me to leave it. My wife was the decision maker for this project and after doing her research, chose 509 Ductless. Their high-end rating with Mitsubishi allowed them to install units with 12 year warranties, so we went forward. The crew was very friendly and polite, got the unit installed despite the cabinet not being big enough to hold the air handler.
