1000/10 absolutely amazing autoshop. Listened to all my concerns and questions, was very kind, and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My gas pedal was starting to get some resistance when pressing, and after he worked on it it's now running smoother than when I got it. Will definitely be driving the 50 mins from home to the shop again for all future work!
I have been going to David for 3 years now. He is honest and does high quality work and sells quality tires. I am a widow and David always explains things to me and is patient with me while I ask questions. He teaches me what to look for on my tires and when he does oil changes will show me things he sees that needs work. I highly recommend 509 Automotive Services.
Great place definitely going here in the future again. I originally came in to get my brake pads inspected and maybe replaced. I was informed my brake pads still had good life on them but he pointed out that my tires needed attention. I hadn’t even noticed it but I definitely agreed and got some replacement tires for a good price. I feel a lot better knowing my brakes and tires are both in good shape now. Fantastic place for auto repairs! My Chevy Cruze is unfortunately no stranger to needing repairs done. It's so hard to find a mechanic you can trust. I trust this place. Got my car in and did some pretty hefty repairs same day. The owner was very upfront about the work he did and what might need done in the future. But he didn't pressure me into doing anything extra that didn't need done right then. I am so happy I found this place and will definitely be going back.
I own a company in the Tri-Cities, and one of my trucks had an issue that prevented my technician from even starting, let alone completing a full days' worth of work. My technician was unable to fix the issue himself, and my daily schedule (to include out of town work) was getting further and further behind.
