David is direct, honest, and efficient. I fully appreciate the way he talked with me and handled his business. Didn't waste time or money on either end. We ended up doing an inspection, oil change, trans drain and fill, cabin air filter AND replacing our rear tires. We brought the vehicle in at 8am and he was done by 1pm. Great pricing, great work, all around fantastic experience and we will be bringing our vehicles in to him when needed. Thank you David!
I stopped to look at the vehicle inventory, no pressure at all to buy anything. David had some windows being tinted on some vehicles and worked me in and had mine done quickly and at a reasonable price. I ended up going back and purchasing one of the vehicles from David. I would work with him anytime on buying a vehicle or having vehicle repairs. I observed his work and ethics while my windows were being done and will use David for any future maintenence or repairs!
I noticed a low tire while packing for vacation. Drove to 509 Automotive Service, and I was greeted with a smile by David. I explained I noticed the low tire and we were on our way out of town. He had us pull right in, he found the problem right away, and fixed it 😊( he also checked our other tires and found them over inflated). He saved our vacation. I highly recommend 509 Automotive Service.
Don’t hesitate to come in to this place! My wife and I were in Kennewick for a few days from out of town. Unexpected issue came up with the car. The guy at 509 Automotive service was super cool! I’d 100% go back!
Great experience! We had car issues while we were traveling and were so lucky to make it here. They were able to get us right in and back on the road as quick as possible. Super fair and knowledgeable. He knows a ton about Toyotas, too. I would highly recommend 509 to anyone!
