They got me in same day, on a Saturday, very professional. Fixed my a/c and I was on my way. I would definitely recommend for any car issues you are having.
I own a company in the Tri-Cities, and one of my trucks had an issue that prevented my technician from even starting, let alone completing a full days' worth of work. David runs a great shop. He and his staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and do careful work. They will go above and beyond and have great customer service and are willing to work with your budget, too. I am grateful to have ended up at this shop and I highly recommend 509.
On our way to Spokane from Eugene & the Engine light came on. We pull in and he took the time to look up the code and let us know what was going on. Gave us some advice and was very pleasant!!!
