Fantastic place for auto repairs! My Chevy Cruze is unfortunately no stranger to needing repairs done. It's so hard to find a mechanic you can trust. I trust this place. Got my car in and did some pretty hefty repairs same day. The owner was very upfront about the work he did and what might need done in the future. But he didn't pressure me into doing anything extra that didn't need done right then. I am so happy I found this place and will definitely be going back.
David runs a great shop. He and his staff are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and do careful work. They will go above and beyond and have great customer service and are willing to work with your budget, too. I am grateful to have ended up at this shop and I highly recommend 509.
I own a company in the Tri-Cities, and one of my trucks had an issue that prevented my technician from even starting, let alone completing a full days' worth of work. My technician was unable to fix the issue himself, and my daily schedule (to include out of town work) was getting further and further behind. Had some car troubles on the way through Kennewick and the owner here got us in right away! Ended up getting a new battery and he worked quickly and was transparent with pricing the whole way through. He saved our road trip!
I have been to 509 a couple times for tire mount & balance. I didn't have an appointment but 509 was able to help me quickly. Everytime I have talked to David he is consistent and is always friendly. Try 509 auto service out, and support a small local shop!
