I called this morning to verify when my appointment is due to having different dates on the text alert vs the mailed appointment reminder from Dr. Emily Johnson's office. The first time I called, they hung up on me. The second time the person seemed to have trouble locating my chart, then gave me a different time altogether than at I previously had. I questioned how I was supposed to know when to come in. She didn't seem to know what to tell me
